Whilst these may be the most often repeated themes of our customer feedback (thank you!), we work hard to maintain our outstanding reputation, which is why we take our customer feedback so seriously here at Freelance Villas – the good and the things that need tweaking. It’s one of the reasons we’ve been in business for over 40 years and have such a high number of returning customers, predominantly from the UK, Germany and France, but Holland, Italy and Scandinavia, too.
According to TrustIndex, the independent platform for customer reviews, we have an ‘excellent’ rating, with over 450 people giving us an average of 4.9 out of 5, the vast majority (over 95%) of whom rated their experience 5 stars.
For many years running we have also maintained our ‘Top Rating’ certificate which is given to businesses with a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 and above over the past 12 months.

Villa Vasillis
Fiskardo, Kefalonia
We had a fantastic stay at the villa which was clean and very pleasant. The welcome pack was much appreciated! The pool area was ideal and the various seating areas excellent to see different views. The drive to Fiskardo was straightforward taking 10 mins to all the restaurants / activities. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Villa Nikos
Megala Chorafia, Crete
Villa avec piscine à débordement et vue superbe sur la baie de Souda. Une route passe en contrebas mais ce n’est pas vraiment gênant. La villa est Très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, bien isolée. Le petit village en haut de la route est charmant avec des tavernes excellentes proposant de la cuisine authentique.

Villa Kalypso

We had an amazing holiday and stay at Kalypso, so much so that we were looking to book again. Everything was perfect from the very first moment, we had an early check in because our villa was cleaned and ready before our check in time. The views are breathtaking and a delight to wake up to each morning. The property itself had everything we needed, no problems at all.

Wir haben die Villa für 9 Personen und 2 Kleinkinder gebucht. Alles in allem eine tolle Villa und sehr nette Gastgeber! Die Organisation vorab war reibungslos durch den sehr detaillierten Digitalen Guide in dem alle Infos zur Unterkunft, Umgebung und Aktivitäten auf Kreta enthalten waren. Die Villa wurde während unseres 10 tägigen Aufenthalt zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Villa und vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Villa Penelope

We celebrated my 60th bday w/our 2 adult children, girlfriend & niece. The house was perfect with 3 bdrms/3 full baths! We stayed for 6 nights and did something different every other day so we could enjoy the house pool and nearby sea as well. To make things easier we purchased food in advance and hired one of the chef’s listed in the directory (dinner delivery for check in day, we were exhausted from the travel was the best thing I did! Christina Sclavounas was the chef!

Villa Metapothia
Gavalohori, Crete
The villa is stunning with amazing panoramic views to see the gorgeous sunsets. Spacious bedrooms and immaculate bath and shower rooms. Huge dining table in the barbecue area seated 12 with a parasol where we spent several evenings all together. The pool was lovely with a shallow section that was great for the little one in our party. We were a group of 10 with ages ranging from 3 to 91 and it was perfect. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful and greeted us at the villa on arrival to show us around.

Villa Minetti was a fantastic choice for our family. The pool/lounge area was a standout. The owners were attentive but not overbearing. They even offered a late check out. Overall a fantastic experience.

Villa Olivia

As usual, the team at Freelance Villas far exceeded any other company I’ve ever booked with to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our holiday – can’t speak highly enough of them. Villa Olivia was wonderful. Clean, modern with a gorgeous pool. The villa was very private, set in lovely rural location. The tiny village of Maza is just 5 mins drive away where the family at Kostas Taverna provide traditional fare – all under the welcoming eye of the enigmatic Kosta himself. Perfect, relaxing holiday again. Thank you Freelance!
