Villa Nireaus is situated near the village of Sami, which is located on the central east coast of Kefalonia. The villa is surrounded by gorgeous pine woodland that overlooks the fishing village of Sami. By being situated high above the village, there are also some beautiful views of the island of Ithaki, just north of the village.
The beach that stretches across the village is curved all along the coast and is home to stunning blue and turquoise water, making it a perfect place to relax by the edge of the Ionian Sea.

There are also two double bedrooms that both have ensuite bath or shower rooms, as well as patio doors that lead out to their own private balcony, providing an area where you can relax and look across the beautiful surroundings.
Surrounding Activities in Sami, Kefalonia
Sami is a stunning fishing village that features tavernas and cafes that line the waterfront, which provides you with the perfect opportunity to walk to the beach front and have a cappuccino and watch the boats that leave the harbour every morning.
However, there are some beautiful places located near Sami that you should definitely visit while you are staying in Villa Nireaus. One of them is a bay that is situated around the corner from Sami that features a beach known as Antisamos beach. This beach is shaped as a crescent and features white pebbles as well as stunning blue and turquoise water. There are also some sunbeds and a taverna, where you can have a relaxing drink and some great food!
To the left of Sami is the village of Karavomylos, which features some beautiful places to eat, drink, and swim. There is also a beautiful secret that lies to the north-west of the village; Melissani Lake, which is situated in a cave and is surrounded by a forest and has incredibly clear water, making it a very popular tourist attraction in the summer.
